Online Submission

(If you have any difficulty accessing our online submission form, including for example if you do not have a UTORID and/or you are a visiting learner, please email ola.reception@utoronto.ca advising that you have a mistreatment concern and wish to be connected with the Learner Experience Unit).

Call 911 or seek immediate assistance from onsite security or other authorities if you are concerned about impending harm to yourself or others. The Learner Experience Unit in the Office of Learner Affairs (OLA) is not a crisis service office. For crisis resources, please see this link.
