This session is intended for Junior and Senior Academy Scholars who will be teaching Foundations Portfolio in 2017-18. Returning Academy Scholars are welcome.

During this interactive session, you will review the different roles of the Portfolio Academy Scholar. Academy Scholars will learn about the integration of Programmatic assessment in Portfolio through Progress Review meetings and the MD program learner chart. Junior Scholars will review how to facilitate small group sessions. You will have an opportunity to practice facilitated feedback using the R2C2 model.
At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Understand the different roles of the Academy Scholar as both a facilitator and coach
- Learn about the Progress Review process
- Understand the Learner Chart and its application to Portfolio
- Practice a new model for facilitated feedback
